Shipping Policy
Our products ship via UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar or Canada Post in Canada. Standard delivery time to our retail customers is 9 to 12 business days. Customers also have an option to get express delivery at additional cost calculated during checkout. Wholesale customers need to contact us for shipping rates and options. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier company delivery standards and may be affected by any unforeseen events. Customers must ensure to enter correct and complete shipping address during checkout and us if only a specific courier or postal company serves their shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to wrong or incomplete shipping address, customer will be charged shipping fee for re-shipping the order to new address and in case a customer askes for refund instead of reshipping, a $20 fee will be deducted from the original payment amount.

 

Processing Times
Orders are shipped from warehouse within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt. In the event when a product is not available or on backorder, our customer service team member will contact customer to see if customer would like to wait until product becomes available (usually within 2 weeks) or get a full refund for purchase.

International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping if a courier service is available for that country. Customers are responsible for any customs duty and other charges related to import of the product in their country. In the event where customs clearance is required by the receiver, customer will be responsible to contact the courier company's local office or the customs department of their country to take necessary steps to release the package. Canada Pessary Inc. will not be responsible and will issue no refund if the product is not received by customer due to customs or any other matter. Customers are advised to check the import regulations, customs duties and other fees for the product in their country prior to placing an order.
